Clinical & Professional Negligence
Members of Chambers undertake a variety of work associated with professional negligence claims. Members have been involved with cases concerning clinical negligence, solicitors' negligence and various other professional negligence actions. Linda Goldman is a former dentist and therefore has a specific expertise in relation to dental negligence cases.
Members are happy to conduct conferences with clients, draft particulars/ defences, give advice on merits, quantum, evidence and expert evidence as well as attend court and advise on settlement.
