Several members of Chambers are experienced in undertaking personal injury work. The range of matters which are dealt with is wide. Members have been involved in cases involving minor injuries (slips and trips, road traffic accidents, injuries at work etc) through the spectrum of injuries to large claims involving, for example, injuries necessitating amputation, serious psychological injury etc.
Members draft pleadings, provide opinions on merits, evidence and quantum and advise on settlement in addition to attending court .in relation to personal injury matters.
