Professional Negligence
Members of Chambers undertake a variety of work associated with professional negligence claims. Members have been involved with cases concerning solicitors' negligence, patent and trade mark attorneys' professional negligence actions.
Members are happy to conduct conferences with clients, draft particulars/ defences, give advice on merits, quantum, evidence and expert evidence as well as attend court and advise on settlement.
