Complaints Procedure
Our aim is to provide you with a good service at all times. If you have a complaint we would like to invite you to let us know as soon as possible either in writing or by telephone. If you are not the solicitor who instructed the Barrister concerned, you may like to discuss your complaint with the solicitor in the first instance, but there is no requirement for you to do so.
