Terms of Business

The terms of work on which Barristers offer their professional services to clients, as stipulated by the Bar Council, can be downloaded from this page.

The Bar Council Licensed Access procedure allows licensed only organizations and individuals to instruct Barristers direct. Terms of work under licensed access can be downloaded below and further information and advice is available from the Bar Council Website. www.barcouncil.org.uk.

Public Access is another method of direct access to a Barrister's services. A number of members are qualified by the Bar Council to undertake Public Access work. Further information and guidance is provided on the Bar Council Website, as linked to below, for quick reference.
